Patricia A. Morgan, Ph.D., L.C.S.W. is Director/Principal and received her Ph.D. in Human Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  She has empowered individuals, families, and organizations for more than 30 years.  She and her staff bring clinical sensitivity to issues of life and organizational dysfunction for greater resolution of barriers to success.  Businesses that have used our services include: WinStar, American Management Systems, Time-Life, Inc., Veteran’s Administration Medical Center, Manor Care, BB&T Bank, Kaiser-Permanente Medical Center, and the I.R.S.

Dr. Morgan is also on the faculty of Old Dominion University and the University of Phoenix.  She is a member of the Greater Washington Society for Clinical Social Work, the National Association of Social Workers, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and the World Future Society.
